The process for reserving space with us is simple and we are here to help along the way. The information below outlines some common questions. If you need additional help, just contact our team.

We are able to accommodate requests for conference housing the first Tuesday after Memorial Day until the first Saturday in August.

We do not offer housing accommodations for individual guests that are not registered through a conference group.

Amenities vary by building. All amenities are listed on our conference site depending on the building. All summer buildings are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The conference inquiry form is available from October 1st through May 1st.

The rates are the same for doubles and singles.

All conference participants are not permitted guests regardless of University affiliation.
