Conference Housing Locations

Columbia Conference Housing features spaces located on or near campus and within
walking distance to shops and restaurants in the
vibrant Morningside Heights neighborhood.

Conference Housing rates vary based on services provided.

Amenities

Our residences include the following amenities:

  • Air-conditioned facilities
  • 24-hour security guard service
  • Free Wi-Fi/Internet in dormitories and throughout campus
  • Free on-site laundry facilities
  • Communal spaces such as kitchens and lounges, where applicable*

*Select amenities vary per location.

Room Furnishings

No matter your Conference Housing location, the following room furnishings are available to our guests:

  • Twin XL bed
  • Either Closet or wardrobe for in room storage
  • All rooms include chest drawers

Toiletries and Linens

Please note that toiletries and linens are not provided as part of your housing accommodation. We recommend bringing your own toiletries or purchasing them as needed. Additionally, linens must be rented or purchased through your conference coordinator. Residents also have the option to bring their own linens and towels. The Conference Housing team does not provide bed-making services. Participants or programs that opt for linens will find packaged linen sets with all bathing and bedding essentials on their beds.  

Laundry Facilities

Laundry facilities are available for your convenience, and their use is free of charge. However, we do not provide laundry detergent. Please make sure to bring your own detergent if you plan to use the laundry facilities.

Suites and Apartments with Kitchens

For those staying in suites and apartments with kitchen facilities, please be aware that plates, utensils, and kitchenware are not provided. If you intend to use the stove, microwave, or other appliances, kindly bring your own kitchenware.
